Former Marine, Discharged with an Other than honerable, RE4B, I have a request in with the Naval Board for a discharge upgrade, and a RE code upgrade. I'm waiting for answers, and I know there are other prior service out there that have gone through a similar situation, and have reelisted. Is there any advice out there for me, or does anyone know of any waivers for me? Is there anyone I can write to, or contact to set up a personal interview with for a possible waiver, or just for more contact information.
