i was wondering if anybody cn help me.my dilemma started back in march 2006,went meps two days before my 40th b-day did quite well on everything until the hearing test.however, i received a 3 rating and was told a waiver was possible.several days later i am told it is a no go because i turned 40 without a contract signed,ok i was fine with that(my bad for waiting so long to do something i always wanted to do be a soldier).now,i get a call in july 2006 age limit increase approved still interested(YES) waiver should take only 4-6 weeks.dec.2006 get call waiver wording was mixed up putting papers through again should only be a week.today talked to recruit burst my bubble rejected the waiver through email from NGB.i waited patiently all this time being told no problem everything will go through,what can i do?i really am in great shape,good asvab scores,my hearing is not that bad i listen to radios all day being in law enforcement.please help with suggestions.thank you-inv197
