The Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Virginia has developed a two-week resident course to accommodate drilling Guard and Reserve members involved with planning or operation of Joint Command and Control or communications systems. The Joint C4I Staff and Operations Course (JC4ISOC) is offered 14-25 August, 2006 at the SECRET level. The course was designed for senior enlisted and officers to provide them with an operational level perspective on Joint C4I systems, new and emerging capabilities, and the challenges related to planning, integrating and coordinating these systems in a coalition, joint or multi-agency environment.
