hey everyone. it's been a while since i've been on here because of all my school stuff. i'm still as serious, if not more so, about joining the Guard. the main problem is my weight. i'm in really bad shape, and i need to lose the weight as well as getting in better physical shape. any tips on eating or anything. i'm a 19 yr old female, 5' 4". i need to drop about 30 or 35 lbs to be able to join. any advice or tips on how to start working out would be great. thanks in advance.
