hey im currently in the army reserves in CT but i want to switch to the guard in a different state for school reasons. will i be able to do this? and how difficult will it be?

It can be done, but you will need to have a residence in the state you wish to go to school in and be in the guard. Talk to a recruiter in the other state and see what they can do. It will be time intensive so be paitient.
