Just found a job posting for the Mi ANG for full time Recruting/Retention. For those who do this can you give me some info ie. dependant benefits and the like. With 6 dependants I have to make sure I have great health and dental before I attempt a job change.

If you get to be a recruiter then you will be in the AGR program. Thats Active Guard Reserve. It has the same pay and benifits that the RA has. Full Pay and Full Tricare, and dental. Go For it.
It can be a tough job though. Lots of time away from the family and lots of time on the road and dealing with parents and young people. If you can talk to people than do it. It can be a fun and rewarding job.
