Hello, Does anyone know the best way for a 14 year prior service in NG, 38 years old to return to obtain a helicopter pilot MOS. Is it possible?

You far exceed the age limit (32) for initial entry rotary wing training. There are many other career fields available to you, I recommend speaking with your local Recruiter to learn your options.
