I am a senior in high school and i am very interested in joining the National Guard. I have heard that I had to be down to 30% body fat before i can be accepted. What are all the requirements.

Other than height/weight standards, there are several requirments to be eligible to enlist in the Army National Guard; too many to list here. I would suggest contacting a recruiter in your local area and he or she will determine if you are eligible to enlist.
