I want to make sure I understand. 3 questions:

1. I was active for 5 years, been out for 4 years. I want to come back in to the guard. Will I get the prior-service bonus if I come back into my MOS, even if it's not a critical MOS.

2. My MOS was 35E, but that is now an obsolete MOS, it has changed to 94E. Would that still be considered coming in with the same MOS.

3. I had a secret security clearance. Is that still good or will I have to get another one?

Thanks

Your security clearance is good for 10 years since they day it was given to you , Sure you can come back into the guard, just need to contact a recruiter near you to do the work for you. Getting into the same MOS depends on what state you are in and if they have it

If your MOS has been reclassified, and you want to come back in under your the new MOS classification, then yes you would be considered qualified in your MOS and you should be eligible for the prior service bonus...even if it's not a critical skill. Your clearance expried when you were discharged, so yes you will have to apply for another clearance upon enlistment.
