Minnesota offers 80% of tuition and textbooks. I don't know if they will pay for a laptop. To find out for sure, you can contact your State Education Office. They will have the latest info in your state's education incentives.

Normally text books and computers are not covered by tuition assistance. Since most colleges require a minimum computer requirement they (the colleges) can allow you to apply for a student loan to meet thier specific requirements for student computing.

In many cases your student fees may be covered with the cost of tuition - that will be a State Education Office issue.
