This might not work but im going to give it a shot!

Since we have someone joining this forum everyday some times we have 2 or 3 and since it is building up fast! Maybe you could find a work out buddy in your area! In Real Life! I know we have a small forum but I think it will get a whole lot bigger very soon! Also maybe someone knows someone that is in your area and is looking for a workout partner!

If you are looking to workout, we have a gym at the Somerset armory. I will be glad to take anyone in and workout with them. The Franklin HS track is right across the street and there are some nice hills within 20 minutes that we can go ruck on. Also, I am in close contact with Rutgers ROTC.

Personaly i think people need to get involed.

I am 14 and i run a 5 mile race in june, training for A triatholon (3 mile run or you can swimm, 21 mile bike, and 4 mile run) and work out. At our school we have many programs. go to your local gym and find out what they have for programs. We Have bfs (Bigger, faster, stronger,)

Okay I disagree. I run by my self I do su ps and stuff by my self I hate doing it but I have to since im going to join the National Guard. But I would like to work out with someone because if he/she runs well it’s going to put pressure on me and then I am going to try my best to run better then him/her. You don't need to pay money and stuff just to go work out with someone that why I thought this thread would be a great Idea! Also I do go to the gym and stuff but that just slows me down because it's not the real thing your doing it in side with AC and stuff even tho it would be a whole lot better then going out side and jogging when it's raining, snowing, cold or hot out but guess what your not going to have that option in the USA NATIONAL GUARD and also you will have a buddy to work out to so why don't you just start right now finding a buddy or just working out by your self? I have received a couple of mesg's that this is probably the smartest move that any body has done on this forum so you do what you want!

First, Chris89, this was/is a good idea.

Second, it does not matter if you workout inside a gym or outside in the weather - a good mix of both is great, but if you do one or the other it is better than nothing.

Always remember to vary your workouts, and with summer it is great to get outdoors and run trails and get fresh air (I also like a jacuzzi at the gym after a long workout also :) )
