If i do 2 years of college and I take rotc. Will only having 2 years of college affect me? Will I enter as an officer?

ROTC will require a four year degree to commission -- unless attending an MJC, which is a separate situation. If you don't know what an MJC is, don't ask.

I attended an MJC and can help out with some answers if you ever need first hand (albeit somewhat dated) information.
