I am 17, will be 18 in may. I scored a 94 on the ASVAB. i am looking at intelligence analyst, also maybe counter-intelligence agent. going into MA guard. I was just wondering if counter-intelligence agent was an MOS offered by the guard, and what the requirements and the length of AIT for these two MOS's.

94? Geesh! Nice job... Why not get some college units and go Officer?

In any case I partially agree with Wild1: It is a large benefit if your MOS is useful in the civilian world, but at your age my #1 recommendation would be to pick something that interests you, whether it is Intel or anything else, you can always move around within the military to other MOS's.

Is there a reason that you are not going active duty? Do you work already? College?

I think you will get better info. if you provide more information about yourself, hobbies, goals, etc. Otherwise folks on here are just going to recommend THEIR MOS to you because that is what THEY like.

As an aside- I am not in the Guard (yet!) so my comments should only be taken as a casual yet motivated observer-
