Can you get a garanteed officer billet, or do they put you where they need to. I am having some trouble getting some clear answers from other branches. I will have a bachelor's in International Business and Logistics at the end of this month. I minored in supply chain logistics and defense logistics. I would like a position as a supply officer. Can that be garenteed?

Don't quote me on this, since I really don't know, but I would assume if you request a spot, they would give it to you, unless they really think you would be better/needed more in a different spot, but again don't quote me on that lol

While the supply officer position can not be guaranteed, your chances of getting a position in the Quartermaster branch as either 92A (Quartermaster, General) or 92D (Aerial Delivery and Materiel) are greatly increased by your background in supply chain and defense logistics. Contact your local recruiter and inquire about the state's OCS program and ask what your chances would be to get a position as a supply officer within your state.

How about an architect? Does the ANG need us? I assume I would be in engineering somewhere. What job would I fit into well? I have my 5 year Bachelor of Architecture degree, 4 years management in City government, 2 of which were in Construction administration, 4 years in multiple architectural firms in the NW, and now I am a Project Manager for a National architectural firm located in Utah. I will be obtaining my architectural license later this year.
