There are no PsyOp units in the ARNG. Although there is an Airborne tab on the unit patch only a small number of units actually are on jump status. Having served with PsyOp I can verify this information to you. The only people I ever saw get Airborne qualified in the units where those who achieved it by stellar motivation and ability in basic training, or came to the unit already qualified.
The PsyOp mission is basically marketing and advertising - working to influence in one respect, or in other cases provide support for deception operations. The primary tools of PsyOp are loaudspeakers and printing presses. PsyOp is a special operations support unit, and although thier mission is different (they support both conventional and unconverntional units) they are not Special Forces.
That said, schools like Ranger School or SF qualification are non-existant with few exceptions. Air Assault School is possible depending on what active component unit is being supported - but that does not mean the whole unit will get qualified.
In my own situation, that job was not for me so I came back to the ARNG, the Combat Arms, and a unit that actually jumps doing a job I know and love.
