What is your country of citizenship? There are too many criteria to list them all... :-)

Do you have a green card with no restrictions on it?

If you are here on a student visa, then you can not join the National Guard. You have to be a legal permanent resident (LPR) otherwise known as a green card holder. You don't have to be a US Citizen.
