Is the person in training or just in the national guard there. If they are in training, you should be able to call wherever they are if it is an emergency or wait for them to write you a letter. If they are not in training, I'm not sure how to help you. Maybe if you call the closest base to them, they can point you in the right direction, I'm not sure.

If it is an emergency, then you can contact the American Red Cross, they will find him. if it's not an emergency, then just contact the NG main recruiting headquarters for your state! if you have the number to his recruiter, you can try him or contact any recruiter station and they may be able to help find him. just a few suggestions.

All these answers are correct. Is this person in basic training? If so make sure its an emergency, not just a I havent heard from them in a while, meaning more than 3wks. If it is a emergency while in basic, contact the Red Cross. Outside of basic training, contact the unit, be they usually dont give out personal information, but can relay a message. You can contact the state headquarters, but have as much info as you can about the soldier. If you give us more info on where the soldier is and so on, we could get you more defined on the way to pursue the situation. Good Luck to you **** I JUST RESPONDED TO A 2006 POST!!! Anyway, good info for future reference, now I am going to push... Attention to detail Phantom.. Attention to detail

Issued solved one way or another by now. And I was actually irritated for a second. Normally I wouldnt be but was just an in the moment thing. Then I read along.... hehee I dont know if it was more funny because you posted that or that it was then that I decided to take a drink of my soda and read it.

Its a personal thing for me. I encourage the use of the search button. Most all questions have been answered before. And there is always the guy that replies to a post 2yrs old in a personal way, and more than likely the original poster isnt even on the board anymore. Now, I am that guy!! I broke my own personal DA rule. :o :o
