It seems that some potential recruits will exceed the maximum age limit by the time the posts containing the information to their questions are approved and posted.

What is going on Mods? Is anyone ever going to fix the website?

Provide an example.

The moderators can only do so much. Think of it like this:

Users: Privates
Moderators: Sergeants
Admins: Staff Sergeants
People who make the calls: Generals

We are doing our best.

Thank you. Although it can be annoying when it happens, I love this forum -there is so much useful info here and so many people with so much info to share. Thank you

They never go more than 24hrs...if that long. I come on once a day during the weekend atleast, and a few times daily.

Quite exaggerated. The forums are also not advetised as a helpdesk.

24 hours at the MOST. It's not like this forum is your full time job.
What do you mean this forum is not advertised as a help desk? It is extremely helpful for newbies and veterans alike. Thank you again for a great forum.

By helpdesk, I am referring to one who would ask a question and expect a response rather quickly or within a few moments. Like you would if you called a helpdesk or hotline. The OP's post almost makes it sound like people's lives, military careers or potential military careers are on the line and in our hands.

The issue surrounding post approval, the role of moderators and the role of administrators has been explained over and over. As a matter of fact, I have been the most vocal moderator on the issue. However, neither the other moderators or myself own the site, the forums or have any controls over some of their particular functions. We do what we can with our limited powers and continue to communicate with the administrators.

Gotcha I just read it a different way.
You mean you all don't have lives beyond this forum? You're kidding haha

Heck, I log in once a day and Ive been in ALC for the past week and I still try to log in once a day (even though I told the rest of the mods Im not, but I'm not as busy as I thought I would be).

You work with what you got.
