Applied for a waiver for my RE code of 3 and was denied by regular army.
My recruiter told me that I need to reapply every 6 months and keep having my doctor write good reports and that they can't say no forever, yea right...........
Do I have any chance if the army denied me with the guard? Or should I just call it quits.

Just talked to a NA recruiter, he was very optimistic that I can get into guard. I explained my situation in-depth, he has put several people in the guard under similar circumstances as me, gave me an 85% of getting in. Wish me luck; hopefully they don't F me over like army did..........;)

No, I wouldn't call it quits. Try the guard. I believe they go through the state for waivers. Not through whoever it is regular army goes through.

My only question to you is why do you think the military messed (better term) you over, the military is a job and is not required by law that they have to take you in.
