I was either online or on AKO once and saw a multi-page paper that detailed all the new changes for my state: Florida. Of course, I did not record where I saw it.
Does anyone know where one might find the bonus/enlistment/etc. changes for the upcoming fiscal year? It might have been through one of the service organizations such as EANGUS, now that I think about it, but I honestly don't remember. And it was NOT off of the state website.
