ok heres my problem, i want to join the gaurd but first i have to lose so weight i have been walking at least a mile a day and do crunches and situps everyday. my problem is i work third shift so its hard for me to eat right. i also dont get enough sleep. what can i do?:confused:

What does working 3rd shift have to do with what you put in your mouth?
I worked 3rd for a year. I made my lunch and snacks before going to work just like those who work 1st. The stores are open when your off work so don't use that as an excuse for going to fast food places. If you fix your own food and keep track of your cals you will do fine.

i understand that im just saying that its hard for me to get enough sleep. i try to eat right i dont really eat that much at all.
