Can anyone tell me the difference between bncoc and wcl? Which one do you have to go to for promotion?

The Warrior Leadership Course (WLC) is the name of the school required for SGTs (E-5). It was formerly known as the Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC).
The Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course (BNCOC) is the school required for promotion to SSG (E-6).
After that, the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course (ANCOC) is required for further promotion to SSG (E-7)
