Is it feasible for someone joining as an officer to attain the rank of 0-7 BG within the timeframe of their career. I known as an officer one can expect to become a 0-5 in around 14-16 years and that is whay most career officers retire at. Does that mean if one stays in another ten years instead of retiring at 20 they have a good chance to attain the rank of 0-7? Thanks.
