Do you need an Army regulation haircut for RSP drills or just when you go to basic and from then on out?

While on duty, regardless of where you are you MUST meet military standards. Meeting that standard the rest of the month would hurt either, remember you are representing the US Army 24/7.

Don't forget to shave also. Nearly every RSP weekend there are new recruits that are pulled out of Formation and required to go shave. The guys that did not have a shave kit the Sgt. gave them a disposable razor to shave dry.

if i can put my hair in a tight bun that is very small do i have to cut my hair which is very long :confused:

I thought if a female's hair is above the collar and is not obstructing anything such as a cap or the beret, it's okay. But what do I know? I have very short hair. However, if you haven't been down to Basic, I am aware that many women cut their hair short before they leave. Less hassle.
