I have been running for about 2 months straight now usually every other day or sometimes 2 days in between. I bought a new pair of running shoes already but I am still having a problem with my shinns hurting when I run any help would be greatly appreciated. Trying to get ready for the PT test in 2 weeks.

If your still having this problem. Then take a break for about two days ice your shins for 20-30 mins twice a day then. when you go running were doctor schols inserts in your running shoes and pick a flat surface like a track to run on when you feel your shins tighten start walking and then stop and stretch them out for a few seconds. Your legs probaly arent use to the bouncing.
