If i enlist now and then later on get accepted into a military academy will they let me out to go to the Academy?

Yes. Please note that the National Guard Bureau has its own quota source for USMA appointments.

You can't just apply to the military academies as you would any ordinary college. You must have a quota from one of the several sources. Each member of Congress has a certain number of quotas to give to applicants from their districts. A certain number of quotas also reside with the various components of the Army. Thus, a National Guard Soldier could get a quota from the National Guard Bureau, if his Congressman had already given out his quotas to others.
