I have 15 years of service. I was medically discharged for a bad back. I was curious if I could get a waiver to join the ARNG or is my career completely over??

You could get back in easily just need a medical waiver, depends on how bad ur back is

As the previous poster said, now is the time if you want to get back in. Uncle Sam is hurting for guys, so pending a waiver from a doctor (get everything documented, so you will have physciall proof your back is still workable). And be ready to be examined by an army doctor.
