Dorms?? I don't think dorms exist in the Army lol... you will always sleep in barracks. It may be all one bay(50+ personnel) or a bunch of smaller bay rooms(4-8 people to a room), but they are all barracks.

The lieutenant just answered that.

In basic, it WILL be one massive bay, with the entire platoon. AIT will vary depending on which school you're at, if it stays like that, or has smaller bays that house team/squad size units.

Three of the bays were Male bays. One bay for the Females. In my bay (1st bay) we had the males from 1st Platoon and some of the males from 2nd Platoon. In 2nd bay, we had the females from all four platoons.

Ft. Wood was 10-man rooms, but no door in the door way. AIT was a platoon bay.

BCT for me was 3 man rooms or 12 man rooms.

AIT was 60 man bay.
