What is the age requirement for no prior service in the National Guard, and are there any waivers?

You have to be on your way to boot camp (BCT) on your 42nd birthday.

All Army brances are 42. I believe you have to ship to basic before your 42nd birthday.

If I needed a waiver would this 42nd birthday deadline still apply?

How long would it take an individual who is 41 years old to get a screening scheduled and take all physical tests necessary, plus the ASVABs (which I know can be taken practically anytime)? I live near Pittsburgh and I know it seems to have a backlog to get scheduled. I tried to get a date scheduled today and was told it would take over a week.
