I'll be attending the antiterrorism officer basic & advanced course in a few weeks. I've been looking for information about the course outline and what to pack but haven't found anything. Has anyone attended the courses and if so, would you be able to give some insite on what I'll be doing out there in beautiful MO??

The Basic is one week of classroom with some practicle exercises. Covers basic ATFP Level 1, and you will learn building and base AT security measures, personal and unit security. You will be given a Terrorism event and will have to brief it back on what happened, what failed, and how it could be corrected. There is a test on the last day.
The advanced course is more in depth on what you learned in the Basic Course. I think its a 2wk course. These are good courses, but remember just because it teaches you the best and brightest, doesnt mean you have the funds to do it when you get back. the CD they give is awesome and you will use it alot. Especially when you do Threat Assessments and AT Level 1, annual training. Also understand that Antiterrorism Officer, is a Title, you dont have to be a officer, most are enlisted, E-6 or higher, but there is a E5 waiver, by the command.

Pretty much sums it up. The Officer Basic course is pretty easy. If you take it at FLW you wont leave until you pass the test. Most of your classmates will be E-5 and E-6 types.
The advanced course gets more into the computer systems you'll be using to request funding.

I will be in FLW, both courses are 1 week long and back to back so I'll be there for 2 weeks total. I'm just trying to find out how strenuous it'll be and if I have PT and such to pack n prep accordingly

Its not going to be strenuous at all. They dont PT, anything. I went as a civilian and there were about 5 of us. The soldiers schedule was no different than ours.
You're going to be told to show up at 0700 or similar hours and will be out of there around 1600 or 1700 and that will be it.
