I didnt do to hot on the asveb test and I think I will only qualify for transpertation..Is that for the small yellow bus people??(lol) I did great in the office but when I took the actual test I only got a 34.. what will I have to learn and how long is the schooling for it? pluss I am 40 years old! how do the drill sergants look opon us old folks joining??

When I went through basic, they put older guys in leadership positions first, FWIW. YMMV.
And yes, you can study and take it again. IIRC, if you score more than 20 better, you'll need to take it one more time to verify your score. But don't take a job you'd be unhappy with just because they tell you that's all that's available.

Dont take transportation! Unless you want to be deployed for most of your army career. Go to barnes and nobles and read up on asvab books, use the computer then retake it BEFORE YOU JOIN.
