I would like to apply for a Army Guard Warrant Commission in Counter Intelligence or Intel. Do I have to enlist as a non com first or can I enlist straight into the Warrant Officer Program. I am prior service 99 college credits and in law enforcement.

Speak to your state's Officer Strength Manager for guidance. To serve as a WO, you need a deep background in a specific career field. Your civilian experience applies as well as your military experience. Almost certainly you will need some enlisted time in a "feeder MOS" to get approved by the career field proponent for WO appointment. Please also note that these are small career fields, and the nearest position may be far from home. These fields have additional requirements, and it's not altogether clear that you meet those requirements from the limited information I have. Speak to your Recruiter about your opportunities.
