Yes, you can "reenlist". The criteria states that "42 years or older must have at least one year of prior qualifying service plus the number of years the applicant is over 42". In your case, with 6 years of service, you can still "reenlist" up to your 47 birthdate (1 year plus the number of years over 42, 42 + 5 = 47 ).
You have a few options. You can keep your MOS (which is one of the Top Ten) or choose another MOS from the Top Ten or your state's 20 critical skills and get a bonus ($15,000 for a 6 year enlistment, $7,500 for a 3 year). You may be also able to keep your E-5 if there's a vacancy available and the unit decides to bring you in as an E-5. All it will take to make it happen is to provide your DD214 or NGB22 to your recruiter, complete an enlistment packet and a medical physical exam.
