Just got back from Ft Benning and let me tell you it was a little cold but fun

I haven't been there but I live about an hour away.
A little cold at Benning is def better than a lotta hot at Benning!

You got cameras at benning? And take off the field jacket. It's not THAT cold :P

I'm headed that way on September 1st. What's the weather like Sept - Nov? I'm assuming I'll still get a good bit of the summer heat & humidity, but I'm hoping it'll dry out a bit by October/November.

That time of year you can get just about anything. I did IOBC and started Ranger School in November and we were plenty cold.

that was the first pass we got to go to the PX on a Sunday and have are cell phones for 3 hrs. It was in week 6 and it was about 24f that day so yes field jackets. ( any fool can look good and cold I don't mind looking stupid and saying warm):)
