allergies

I'm going to MEPS in November. Getting all my pre work done. Have most the documents I need, just need to get a copy of my medical records yet. Recruiter has done a background check on me and everything appears it will go smoothly. I havent gotten a copy of my medical records yet (on the list for tomorrow) but thought I disclosed everything to recruiter. I then remembered the last time I read my med records. It says in them (aprox 12 years old) I have seasonal allergies to pollen, dust, and hayfeaver. I dont take any medications for them. At the time I just took over the counter meds for them, nothing was prescribed. Will this be an issue? Oh, I also wear glasses. My last exam was....2.5 years ago, how recent do they require the prescription to be?
