I am prior service, and if I have about one and a half years of undergrad left could I enroll in the ROTC advanced course.

Probably, but you'd have to spend an extra semester or two in school to complete the program. You can use that time to pad your GPA, which ROTC courses will help to accomplish, or get a second degree.

start on a master's degree and be in rotc. There are age limitations though, OCS is a fine route, get it all over with with in months.

you need two year to complete Advanced rotc. worth doing in the long run, start on a masters degree.

change your degree, or add a minor.

It seems like I have three options; someone correct me if i'm wrong.

1) Go the OCS route.

2) Wait to start ROTC whan I go to graduate school. I thought you had to be an undergraduate to do ROTC.

3) Add another major or minor to stretch the time in which I will graduate to a fifth year.

My recommendation is #2. Grad school usually exceed the FTA tuition caps, so that 100% ROTC scholarship is often most valuable for grad students. Remember, after Basic and AIT you only need two years of ROTC to commission. Ensure that your grad school has ROTC on campus (or has an ROTC partnership with another school nearby), and your program is four semesters.
