I am about to re-enlist into Nat Guard 09S and attend traditional state OCS.
I have some concern with the actual training as I have been out of service for 9 years. Any tips on what I can do to prepare for Phase 0?
I hear state programs have a high failure rate? It's hard to beleive since its one weekend a month and 2-2 week annual trainings.
I've been working out very regular and have dropped weight and regained stamina, pushups/situps, etc..I'm not worried about APFT, but am I in for a rude awakening like basic training (which I did'nt think was hard)????
