Ya'll are silly. I find it very funny that you didnt notice there was chat on this site. Now I have to find out if i'm still kicked out. lol I swear I wasnt naughty in it, it was others coming in there asking recruiting type questions and the Hero being too busy to reply so I did. Of course only when I knew 110% that it was correct info. I doubt it goes by IP address because most change, so hopefully its just a matter of changing my user name again. lol

The whole reason I am banned is because a SGT was trying to tell this recruiter that no way would the military ever allow/pay for his family to come to his AIT location.

So I told the kid if its 20 weeks or longer, the military will authorize them to move with him and pay for it.

Sgt got mad and banned me saying I didnt know what I was talking about. (Even though its done everyday, **** even at Gordon they allowed alot of guys to do it [if their ait was over 20 weeks])

do you have a router in your house? regardless, just go to a dos prompt and do an ipconfig /release then wait, then do an ipconfig /renew go to your dos prompt and do an ipconfig /all and let me know your ip address.

becky thats happening because you doing it from the run line instead of the command prompt. when you go to run, type cmd or command and it take you to the DOS window. you should see c:\ something now in that area do the commands I listed before.

I am cloning a new MAC address to my router right now sir, that should force comcast's DHCP to assign me a new IP address instantly once i restart the router.

sometimes if your mac address is registered and you are given a reserved IP address, you wouldnt be able to change the MAC but its worth a shot. with alot of ISPs you have to go to their web page to register the MAC with the cable modem. e.g. charter cable

Comcast doesnt work that way, i have a modem, and them my router on the inside.

they assign IPs by MAC address.

Ehh, comcasts DHCP servers are retarded. Ill join tomorrow. Im gonna release the IP from my router over night, and pickup a fresh one in the morning.

It wouldnt register a new IP with a different MAC address. Which doesnt make sense because the connection was setup with the mac addresss from my desktop, which is different.

ohwell, ill have a new one tomorrow :)

On the homepage where it wont finish loading...towards the bottom of the window there are links to click on. That is where you want to go to 'talk to a soldier'/chat/user name have to make sure you dl java, I think it gives you the option to if you need it.
