Physical Description and Diet:

I'm a heavy man-dude standing at 5'9 and weighing in at a massive 245 pounds, age 21 years. I'll eat 3 square meals a day: fruits ranging from apples, bananas and oranges at 0600, Half a pound of some lean, ground beef Hamburger (one slice of cheese and two buns) accompanied with almonds and walnuts at 1200 then at 1800 it's 20 ounces of good 'ole beans and weeners. All home cooked, save for the fruit and nuts.
Just quit smoking ciggarettes 15 days ago (noticed a major improvement in overall health after 24 hours) and can handle just about any exercise if set at an reasonable pace.

Exercise Schedule:

Since I played football for my highschool way back when, I adapted that form of exercise which consists of:

20 yard sprints for one hour.
Running up stairs or similar inclines for 40 minutes.
A goal of 75 Pushups, 75 Situps and 75 Crouches in a 1 hour period.
Jogging for 2 hours.

I end up drinking almost 2 gallons of water a day and just started to use this system a week ago, I've already lost 14 pounds. Any feedback, new ideas or just some straight up criticism would be greatly appreciated.

Good job losing the weight but in order to lose the body fat you need to change your eating habits. You have to balance the protein, carbs and fat inorder to maximize your metabolism. You can't eat like a football player.
You should try and eat 6 small meals a day. Cut out the hambuger and replace it with lean turkey burger or chicken. Eat fish, salmon is a great srouce of healthy fats and protien. There are a number of good books which contain diets and excercise programs.

You are to be commended on the strives you made and using what you learned in the past. Good luck.

OK this is what i have heard from a lot of people. DROP ALL THE DAIRY....and CARBS. its called the back home protein diet. you eat all the red meat backyard kills and steak you can get your lil fingers on too..lol....basicly if it bleeds and once was in a utereus eat it. lol anything else is derived from something and means its processed. You must go to the local walmart and get some over all vitamin or supplements. you can stay on your fruites but spread them out. over the day.. and running..doesnt burn as many calories as you might suspect.. get into some cardio like cardio kickboxing or something liek taht....(you might be the only dude in the class but remember your man enough to admit it.) then after the cardio get that running down. Also military UA tests pass the diet pill called hydroxycut. I knew a dude that dropped 90+ pounds in less than a summber eating only what he killed in his back yard...lean meat....steak and bacon
plus the occasinnal fruit and supplement.
those beans and wieners are bad for you to the the weiners are high in fat and calories for how much energy you get
good luck with yo doing and double check all information on the weband all diets work for someoine not everyone.

Koodos on the workout plan, I myself am 6'2, 275 and am motivated to lose weight to join but have not had the same results due to the lack of stamina to be able to do 75 pushup, situps and the running. Best of luck to you in your endevor. Hooah

That's a good idea Rhughes, sounds better (or at least healthier) than my original diet plan, thanks!

Blasto, I don't know about that cardio kick-boxing - I'd probably do it for a good sized bet (They don't call me thunder-thighs for nothing, ya know.) I agree on the laying off of said dairy product too, thanks for pointing it out.

And Jeff, thanks for the koodos. Hope you knock off those pounds.
