Well, as of today I am officially on terminal leave and will be on my way home from Active Duty tomorrow.

So many things to say to reflect on this enlistment:


1. It was a lot of fun at times
2. It was pretty *** at times
3. It was pretty stupid at times

And that about sum's it up! haha.

On a more serious note, I'll probably go chat it up with a NG recruiter once I get home to see what kind of enlistment goodies I can get

And for all of those reasons....that is why we love it so :)

I had 90 days of terminal leave, it was beautiful. Promptly filed for unemployment as well, I got 6 months...I remember "calling in" and pressing 1 to say that I had been "actively seeking employment." :rolleyes:

Haha yes, that is true.

But now that i'm sitting here things pop into my head that I wish I would of done while on Active Duty. Gone to more schools, tried SFAS, etc etc.

I'll make a really long and detailed list and give it to the recruiter and go "Call me when you get these" :p

Jeeze, I had to turn in my barracks room key on friday by CoB but I couldn't leave until 0001 on sunday!

I love the army! Freakin birds are EVERYWHERE!
