beginning of the md state fair, my wife and I went to talk to a recruiter for mdng (ski knows him ;).. he's awesome ski!!) At that time I weighed about 245. Since mid august I've cut out fast food, large dinners, regular soda (have coke zero once or twice a week), candy, fatty snacks and the like. My mother-in-law has dropped almost 50lbs doin the nutrisystem diet. My wife and I can't afford that, so I've been tryin to eat the equivalants to those meals. Right now I'm at 225ish, been steady there for the past week. I'm 21, 5'11, and my only fatty area is that stupid spare tire. For PT i've been running around my apt parking area that (according to my brand new 08 fusion is .3 miles) for about 45 minutes 3-4 times a week. I mix up sprinting half a lap with doing 5-6 laps at a cadenced rate (L-R-L-Breath bout 1 second per stride or 6-8mph) I've also been doin supersets of 10 regular pushups, 10 regular situps, 10 wide p/u, 10 reverse crunches, 10 diamond p/u, and 10 double crunches. I can do about 2.5 of those. Tough for me since I haven't worked my core since I played football in high school 3.5 years ago. Just thought I'd post my story. Been on this forum since I spoke to my recruiter. Just took forever to get "Added by a mod"

Can't wait to actually be within 600-9!!
