Is there a program out there somewhere that helps with the pay differance during deployment. I need to make a choice very soon as weather to deploy or get out. But I would rather stay

No there is not. The company you work for may participate in doing so, however. You can also usually lower interest rates, put some contracts on hold (such as cellphone bills). Even with all the additional monies you will get while there, it wont even come close? Are you with the early '09 deployment?
Click on this http://www.esgr.org/ and scroll towards the bottom of the page. Use the drop down menu or click on Wisconsin and go from there. It will show if your employer participates. You can also bring it to their attention.

We are attached to the 105th cav. I hear this is the largest WI. deployment since WW2

I'm in 1158th Transportation but a portion of us are attached to 128th INF out of Eau Claire for it. Yep, its a huge deployment. Meeting up with at least two other states during MOB also.
