ROTC-ARNG Questions

Recently I have decided to join the ARNG and am in the process of deciding If I would like to become an officer. I have decided that I do and I feel the best way of doing that is to Go back to school (I am 26 and attended one semester of college in which I didn't do well). Due to the overwhelming amount of information I would Like help with the following questions.

1. Is it feesable for me to attain a 4 year ROTC scholorship?
2. Where do I start

A. With Prior college am I even eligible for 4 year?

B. If I am how do, are there recruiters just for ROTC/ARNG?

If it helps I plan on attending the University of Idaho Starting Fall of '07.
