Hi im 33 I know I can join the Guard but can I still get into a good MOS or is my age going to be a factor.

You first need to get commissioned and while (your wish list) apply for an aviation MOS.
As long as you get commissioned before your 41st birthday and 364 days, you are good to go.
Fight School, you first need to know Flight requirements, and if you qualify for flight, then that might be a whole different ball game.
