I took my first PT test at RSP this weekend and I think I passed.? What are the minimum requirements? I did 53 push ups 49 situps and did the two mile in 16:24. My next question is what is a good PT regimin to improve on my score. I've been running just under three miles five times a week most of the time but I was wondering should I be running long distance like that or should I focus on running faster short distances.
