i used to have asthma but i got cleared from it a few months ago. i am 20 yrs old, i weigh 190 lbs, but my body fat is estimated 30%. i also used to temporarily take meds for high BP, but i dont anymore. would i still be able to join? also how many credit hours do u need to be an officer?

You need to contact a local recruiter to have him/her clear some of the conditions you mentioned through the MEPS before they can tell you if you're qualified to join. You will need to bring all medical documentation clearing you from those conditions to the recruiter so they can be evaluated by the MEPS. If the MEPS gives the recruiter a green light, then you're cleared to join.
