Yea I'm a junior right now now and I'll be 17 in July would I still be able to go to BCT over the summer then AIT when I graduate or is my B-Day too late? Would they let me go and miss a couple days of school?

I think you're short for that goal. You have to be 17 and joining at that time would obviously cut into your senior year (something you don't want to miss for sure.)

you most likely will have to do a split training, basic this summer, ait next

Would they let me miss a couple of days though? At the begining of school all it is is having the freshman kids get settled and for those who need their classes changed. I really wouldn't miss much?

alot of schools will allow you to miss a few days if you a good student, your recruiter will have them and your parents sign a letter stating how much time you will be allowed to miss.

Well my Birthday is in July. So how many days would you guess that would be saying school started maybe Aug 24??

You would miss A LOT considering BT is 10 weeks....in addition to whatever time it takes for you to get the enlistment portion done.
