Your College Degree is Key in the Guard
College grads are highly valuable to the Army National Guard, so your options with us are exceptional.
You’re automatically eligible to enter the Guard as an Officer, with a rank of second lieutenant or higher. That means better pay, more responsibility and a chance to develop your leadership skills.
You’re also eligible to become a Warrant Officer or go into the Special Forces.
If you’re considering a higher—or another—degree, our college funding programs can pay for up to 100 percent of the tuition and expenses.
In this section, find out how the Army National Guard helps college grads maximize their higher education.
