Warrior Challenge

Imagine the combination of a survival-style reality TV show with the real-life challenges of military life and training. That’s what you get with the National Guard’s Warrior Challenge.

Six teams—each with one civilian and one Guard member—navigate their way through a series of Guard-style, physical and mental challenges. Teams compete in events like:

  • Sniper-shooting
  • Rappelling
  • Humvee pull
  • Helicopter search and rescue
  • 40-ft. high ropes course

Teams live on base, wear Guard uniforms and eat MREs while they compete for the grand prize: an all-expense-paid trip to the Ford 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Homestead-Miami Speedway, and the chance to meet Dale Earnhardt Jr., driver of the National Guard’s No. 88 car.
