G-RAP

Sometimes the best National Guard recruiter is another Guard Soldier. By talking about the many great benefits of earning while you serve, you can bring other recruits into the Guard—and earn up to $7,500.

The Guard Recruiting Assistance Program (G-RAP) pays you $2,000 for each new recruit who enlists and reports to Basic Training, and $2,000 for each Prior Service member who affiliates with a unit for four months. And you can earn up to $7,500 for officer referrals.

Get good people to serve in the Guard, and get good money at the same time. For more details, talk to your recruiter.

Note: Army National Guard programs and benefits are subject to change. For the latest information, please contact your local recruiter.
